    Wouldn't accept my passport card as a photo id. Seemed put out that I wanted to cash my checks. Candice is seriously lacking in customer service skills. The customer is always right... But not at people's.

    Tried to buy a house that Derek Jutras represented as the seller's agent. We offered 5k less and were told no and decided we liked the house anyway and would pay full asking price. This wasn't this issue.. please everyone read this review!!! The house had a few things listed (and its still listed this way) as having an extra bathroom that doesn't exist, also in the Berlin Citizen as having a new roof...its 14years old, 200 amp service is advertised but the house only has 100amp service. Also we had our home inspector out and said the roof has an ice dam and needs to be fixed from ice rake damage.. Derek told our agent the roof isn't leaking so we won't fix it but its $1000 to fix if you want to do it.(quoted from home repairman not roofer) We offered 5k less again once the inspection was done so we could have all this stuff addressed.. he said we could have $500 full asking price and would do nothing about the discrepancies.. My fiance and I walked away and THEN DEREK said he would make "some of the things right" Bottom line...He isn't honest and it took 3 weeks of dragging us along (he lost power, was sick, was too busy and overworked to get deadlines done and excuse after excuse and extension after extension) to only come $500 off asking price...what a joke.. When trying to be a greedy agent who misleads people, it cost him this COMMISSION and his customers a sale 1 week before closing. HOPE IT COSTS HIM MANY MORE WHEN PEOPLE READ THIS REVIEW HE SHOULD LOSE HIS LICENSE TO SELL HOMES
